Technical Project Manager

About the Role
iSpace is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage software projects and act as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients.
The role will focus on project delivery, client communication, scope control, timelines, UAT, releases, risks, and cross-functional coordination across our software projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software projects from planning through delivery and production release.
- Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Support, and Business Analysis teams.
- Conduct project status meetings and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate UAT, client feedback, approvals, and releases.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and delivery issues early.
- Manage change requests and coordinate technical estimation.
- Follow up on SLA-related activities and production issues when required.
- Prepare clear project status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure client expectations and internal commitments are properly aligned.
Must-have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software project management, technical project management, or software delivery.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing web, mobile, or enterprise software projects.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, cloud environments, and software releases.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a software house, SaaS company, or system integrator.
- Experience managing enterprise or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience with SLA-based support or production environments.
