Role Description The Technical Offices Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position oversees the daily operations of the technical office, leading a multidisciplinary team and coordinating engineering documentation, drawings, and technical submittals. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring project technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with design standards and client requirements, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with project managers and site teams. The role involves reviewing and validating technical reports, aligning software-based design work with project specifications, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Team Leader is expected to guide the team’s workload, support continuous improvement of processes, and ensure timely, accurate completion of technical office tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to supervise, mentor, and coordinate technical office staff.
* Proficiency in Project Management for planning, prioritizing, and tracking technical deliverables across multiple projects.
* Ability in Troubleshooting to analyze and resolve technical and coordination issues impacting project execution.
* Understanding of Software Development or engineering-related software tools relevant to technical office workflows.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field; advanced studies are an advantage.
* Experience in contracting, construction, or architectural projects, preferably within Egypt or similar markets.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
