Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day technical relationships with assigned pharmaceutical customers.
Support customers with track-and-trace, serialization, and integration requirements.
Support integration testing, UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities, including the investigation and resolution of customer reported technical issues.
Monitor open technical issues, dependencies, risks, and action items, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely resolution.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, including investigation findings, action plans, technical decisions, and customer communications.
Support customers with regulatory and market-specific requirements related to pharmaceutical serialization and traceability.
Work closely with Commercial, Product, Delivery, and Support teams while maintaining clear technical ownership and communication with the customer.
Conduct onsite customer visits, technical workshops, and meetings as required to support implementation and ongoing customer engagement.
Fluency in English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Experience in pharmaceutical IT, serialization, track & trace, supply chain, or other regulated environments.
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, XML/JSON, and enterprise applications.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and manage technical issues through to resolution.
Knowledge of EPCIS, GS1 standards, pharmaceutical serialization, or regulatory reporting is a strong advantage.
