Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with relevant stakeholders. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment records, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices to meet the company’s growth needs.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess capabilities and potential effectively.
- Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization’s value proposition across relevant channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; familiarity with data-driven hiring metrics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of regional labor market trends; experience recruiting in the MENA region is an advantage.
