- Managing the assigned Dark Store cluster (3-5 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics.
- Oversee Team Leads in the daily operations of their respective store.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Support in manpower allocation across stores.
- Addressing issues and supporting the team in achieving their best performance.
- Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations.
- Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
- Understanding Ops metrics and stakeholder management
- Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
