Role Purpose
Support the development and execution of DDI’s strategic initiatives by gathering and analyzing data, preparing materials for strategy sessions, and coordinating logistics for workshops and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean and analyze data on organizational performance, market trends and benchmarking studies.
• Prepare slide decks, dashboards and briefing materials for strategy-setting meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings and action-tracker follow-ups.
• Assist in drafting sections of strategic plans, policy documents and progress reports.
• Maintain the Strategy Management Office’s repository of tools, templates and best practices.
• Liaise with business units to gather updates and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in strategy, planning, consulting or a related function.

Technical / Role-Specific Skills:
• Proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data-visualization or dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of project-management methodologies.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
Office environment; standard business hours with occasional extended hours to support planning cycles; occasional off-site workshops.
