Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing the execution of luxury residential and commercial projects. This role includes supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that work on site aligns with architectural and interior design drawings. The Site Engineer will monitor quality, safety, and timelines, conduct regular inspections, and resolve technical issues that arise during construction. Daily tasks also involve reporting project progress, communicating with the design team, and verifying that materials and finishes meet the required specifications and standards.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years (Junior Site Engineer.
- Strong on-site supervision skills with experience managing day-to-day construction activities and site coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Background in structural engineering and civil engineering, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated quality control skills, including conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with standards, and resolving construction issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial projects is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in technical software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and basic project reporting tools.
- Ability to work on site full time in New Cairo and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
