- • Enterprise and low code agent tooling: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Power Automate, Azure AI Agent Service
- • Agent and orchestration frameworks: such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Pydantic AI
- • Interoperability: Model Context Protocol (MCP), OpenAPI tool integration, agent to agent patterns
- • Retrieval and knowledge: Azure AI Search, pgvector, LlamaIndex, GraphRAG, Neo4j, and vector stores such as Qdrant or Pinecone
- • Evaluation and observability: such as Promptfoo, DeepEval, Ragas, LangSmith or Langfuse, Azure AI Evaluation
- • Engineering: Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and agentic development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot

Job Description:
5+ years as a Software Engineer, ideally including consulting, professional services or internal platform work where you dealt directly with non technical stakeholders
• Production experience with LLMs, including agent development and evaluation frameworks, shipped through enterprise controls into systems that operational teams rely on
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python, ideally plus one more language such as TypeScript, C# or Java, and a track record of shipping to production
• High agency and comfort navigating ambiguity inside a large organisation with many stakeholders
• Strong communication skills: you can run discovery with a frontline user, then explain the same solution to a security architect
• Experience with enterprise IT systems, APIs and integration patterns
• Background in an operationally intensive industry is a plus
