Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Specialist (Logistics).
What will you do?
- Prepare demand plans and forecasts to support product availability and align import orders with business requirements.
- Coordinate order execution and transportation mode selection to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of imported products.
- Process and monitor PRs and POs to ensure import orders are accurately raised, approved, and executed within the required timelines.
- Manage import documentation and CargoX uploads to ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Create and update ACIDs and Form 4 documentation to ensure compliance with customs and import requirements.
- Monitor shipping schedules and follow up on customs clearance to ensure shipments arrive and are released within the expected timelines.
- Coordinate required governmental approvals and regulatory requirements to ensure imported products comply with applicable regulations.
- Process and follow up on claims and reimbursement requests to ensure eligible costs and losses are properly documented and recovered.
- Support the product costing process by providing accurate shipping, customs, insurance, and other import-related cost information.
- Maintain internal import and logistics documentation to ensure accurate records and easy access to required information.
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance, and international shipping operations.
- Hands-on experience with CargoX, ACID, and Form 4 procedures and documentation.
- Good understanding of PRs, POs, demand planning, and import order execution.
