We’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and acquire new clients and key accounts.
Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Attend and conduct business meetings out of office.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of sales experience in Courier services is a MUST.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales and business development experience.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong understanding of the courier market.
Existing client network is a strong mandatory.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
