Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves advising prospects and clients on suitable properties, conducting property tours, and presenting project features and benefits. The consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an updated portfolio of available properties, preparing accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also requires building long-term client relationships, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to meet targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

* Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
* Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal presentations, professional written correspondence, and active listening.
* Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and maintaining positive client relationships.
* Solid sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, closing techniques, and working toward defined sales targets.
* Relevant real estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation basics, and regulatory considerations.
* Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably at a senior or mid-level position.
* Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
* Comfortable working on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October and engaging with clients in person on a regular basis.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for managing leads, documentation, and reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
