Job Title: Senior Product Engineer / Full-Stack Developer (Internal Systems)

About the Role:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly capable Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to spearhead the development of our company’s internal digital ecosystem. Our operations currently run on various third-party software providers. Your mandate will be to transition these operations in-house by designing and building a unified, custom platform tailored uniquely to our proprietary business processes.
This is a solo-builder role designed for a developer who leverages cutting-edge AI development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude, LLM-assisted generation) to compress development cycles and act as a highly efficient engineering unit.
Core Projects & Responsibilities:
● Enterprise Platform Architecture: Design and build integrated, web-based modules for our internal business operations:
○ CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management): Job scheduling desks, reactive maintenance tickets, asset logs, and job sheets.
○ CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Client data pipelines and interaction tracking.
○ HR & ATS (Applicant Tracking System): Employee profiles, onboarding documentation, and recruitment pipeline tracking.
● Workflow Mapping: Take our existing operational workflows (currently managed via third-party systems) and translate them into a singular, cohesive database schema.
● Mobile App Development: Architect and deploy a future cross-platform mobile application (iOS/Android) for our field technicians, with a heavy emphasis on offline-first data caching for environments with poor cellular service.
● Web Management: Maintain, optimize, and implement ongoing updates to our corporate marketing website.
● Backend & Security: Set up robust data security, user permission tiers, and automated database backups using modern Backend-as-a-Service platforms or custom cloud infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
● 5+ Years of Experience in full-stack development, with a documented track record of shipping production-ready web platforms and mobile apps independently.
● Mobile Framework Mastery: Deep experience with Flutter or React Native (essential for our future mobile rollout).
● Database & Infrastructure: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud infrastructure/BaaS platforms (e.g., Supabase, Firebase, AWS).
● Mandatory Technical Hurdle: Proven experience designing offline-first mobile applications featuring local storage synchronization.
● AI-Native Workflow: Daily proficiency using advanced AI code assistants to streamline boilerplate coding, UI layouts, and API integrations.
● Product Ownership: Ability to take direct operational feedback, screenshots, or workflow descriptions and turn them into functional layouts without requiring a dedicated UI/UX design team.
● Fluent in written and spoken English
