BC4Construction is an industry-specific management solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We are looking for a senior developer to build its mobile experience from the ground up and help shape a product used every day by field and office teams.
This is a product-building role, not a maintenance assignment. You will influence architecture, technology choices, user experience and delivery while connecting real construction workflows to Business Central and AI.

AI will be part of the product experience, not a marketing add-on. You will help build an assistant that accepts text, voice, photos or documents, understands the business context and turns unstructured field information into a useful next action.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, OData, Microsoft Graph or Azure; LLM applications, tool calling, MCP or AI agents; speech-to-text, OCR or document processing; offline-first mobile applications; ERP, finance, construction or field-service software.
