Job Title: Construction Unit Lead

Qualifications:
-Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset
-Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Turkish/Spanish are a strong plus
-1 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture, construction, engineering, operations, or related fields
-Good understanding of architectural, technical, and construction drawings (2D & 3D)
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
-Ability to work in dynamic international environments and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
-Interest in construction systems, project execution, procurement, and operational management
-Knowledge of logistics, international trade, or offsite/modular construction is a plus
-Valid passport with strong travel flexibility; previous international travel and visa history preferred
Tasks:
-Work closely with the MD on the coordination and execution of international construction and development projects
-Participate in project design development, technical coordination, and site planning activities
-Supervise and monitor project execution, production, procurement, and site operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control
-Coordinate between consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams across different project stages
-Review drawings, specifications, quantities, and project documentation
-Assist in budgeting, operational planning, scheduling, and reporting
-Follow up on logistics, deliveries, and general project coordination
-Prepare professional presentations, reports, emails, and administrative documentation
-Conduct site visits and oversee implementation progress while ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives
