Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator

ViaLighting is a leading provider of innovative architectural lighting solutions, headquartered in Riyadh, operates as a specialized Lighting Design and Consulting studio with expertise in strategic design consulting and value engineering.
ViaLighting is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Coordinator. This is an excellent entry-point into the lighting industry, where you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by managing critical project data and ensuring the smooth flow of information. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship for the right candidate.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and log incoming lighting RFQs (Requests for Quotation) into our system.
- Assign project numbers and maintain accurate and up-to-date inquiry records.
- Update project and client information in our internal database.
- Manage client procurement portals, including the submission of quotations, tender documents, and contractual files.
- Track submission deadlines and maintain organized digital project files.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all submissions are timely and accurate.
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. (Graduates of 2023/2024 are encouraged to apply).
- 0-1 year of experience in data entry, administrative, or support role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience with client portals or tender submissions is a significant advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
