An Islamic Bank is seeking a highly professional and experienced candidate to join our team as a Finance Manager.
Location: Mazraa - Beirut
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the bank's daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor liquidity, profitability, and financial performance indicators.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience in the banking sector (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar managerial finance role within a bank is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of banking accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Central Bank regulations and IFRS.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA) is a must.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
