Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and customer service. This role includes managing scheduling, front-desk activities, and patient flow, as well as coordinating with medical teams to support clinical procedures and services. The Clinic Manager monitors budgets, resource allocation, and inventory, and ensures compliance with internal policies and applicable healthcare standards. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising and training clinic staff, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. The role also requires handling patient inquiries and feedback, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with EPI’s sustainability and customer-centric values.
Qualifications
- * Strong customer service and communication skills to support patient interactions and internal coordination.
- Experience in budgeting and basic clinic or healthcare operations management.
- Foundational knowledge of medicine or clinical workflows to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability in staff training, coaching, and team supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in clinic, hospital, or medical center management is highly beneficial.
- Solid organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with competence in using clinic management or ERP software.
- Commitment to ethical practices, patient confidentiality, and adherence to relevant healthcare regulations.
