Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Berqayel. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards. The role includes educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care, while promoting safe practices and infection control. The nurse will collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans and ensure continuity of care. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, reporting changes in patient status, supporting emergency responses, and contributing to quality improvement and community health initiatives.
Qualifications
* Valid nursing license/registration and completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred).
* Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic life support (BLS certification required; ACLS is an advantage).
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a culturally sensitive manner.
* Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple patients and tasks in a busy clinical setting.
* Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety standards, and basic documentation practices; familiarity with electronic or paper medical records is beneficial.
* Ability to work on-site in Berqayel, including flexibility to cover shifts, weekends, or emergencies as needed.
* Previous experience in community health, primary care, or similar clinical environments is preferred but not required.
* Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and participation in training, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
