Role Description
Ohana Development is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Interior Architect / Interior Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our team.
The role focuses on developing high-quality interior design solutions for luxury residential and commercial projects, combining creative design, advanced visualization, technical documentation, and site coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into detailed, execution-ready packages and ensuring design quality is maintained throughout project implementation.
Key Resposibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, photorealistic renders, and animations.
- Prepare detailed execution and working drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
- Develop and coordinate interior plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, flooring, lighting, and other technical drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design integrity during execution.
- Review drawings, materials, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with approved designs and required quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and follow up on the implementation of interior works.
- Identify and resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to the approved design, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and coordinate updates throughout the execution process.

- Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture.
- Proven experience in luxury residential and/or high-end commercial projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design and technical execution capabilities.
- Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Experience preparing detailed execution and working drawings.
- Experience coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Software Skills
- 3ds Max – Advanced
- Corona Renderer / V-Ray – Advanced
- Lumion or equivalent high-end rendering software
- AutoCAD – Advanced
- Photoshop
- Additional visualization, animation, or design software is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with luxury real estate developers or leading architectural/interior design consultants.
- Proven experience delivering high-end villas, apartments, residential developments, or commercial interiors.
- Experience taking projects from design development through technical documentation, execution, and handover.
- Strong understanding of high-end materials, finishes, joinery, lighting, and interior detailing.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams and managing coordination throughout project execution.
