Role Description
The Skin Clinic – Beirut is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and maintain a high standard of patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The Clinic Manager supervises front-desk and clinical support staff, coordinates work schedules, and supports training and performance feedback. The role monitors budgets, manages inventory and supplies, and works with leadership to optimize resources and control operating costs. It also involves handling patient inquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with clinic policies, health regulations, and quality standards. The Clinic Manager collaborates closely with medical professionals to support safe care delivery and a professional, welcoming environment.
