Role Description The HR & KPI Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut. The specialist will manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and handling employee inquiries. This role will design, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local regulations and company standards. The specialist will oversee employee benefits administration, monitor attendance and performance, and coordinate personnel management activities across departments. A key responsibility will be developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing HR and performance reports, and collaborating with management to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- * Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain clear HR Policies that comply with applicable regulations.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle processes and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to design, track, and analyze KPIs and HR metrics to support organizational performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry is beneficial.
