UX/UI Designer – Freelance / Project-Based
About the Freelance Role
We’re looking for a freelance UX/UI Designer to support us on a project basis, with the potential for recurring projects depending on business needs.
The role is focused on designing functional, user-centered digital products across web and mobile, including apps, portals, and platforms. You will work closely with Creative and Development teams, taking projects from initial flows and concepts through to final design and developer handover.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end digital products across web and mobile, including complex user flows.
- Map and design clear user journeys, including edge cases and system logic.
- Build and maintain structured design systems for scalable and consistent product design.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Prepare developer-ready design files and clear documentation for handover.
- Collaborate directly with developers throughout implementation to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Design within technical constraints and adapt solutions based on development requirements.
- Present and clearly explain design decisions and user experience solutions.
- Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines efficiently.
About You
- Strong UX thinking combined with a solid visual/UI design sense.
- Strong understanding of user flows, interaction patterns, and product logic.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to translate complex requirements into clear and intuitive digital experiences.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with both creative and technical teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
You’ll Bring
- Proven hands-on experience in UX/UI and digital product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design, particularly complex digital experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including creating and maintaining design systems.
- Proven experience working with developers and handing over developer-ready designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and technical constraints.
- Experience designing complex, data-connected products such as e-commerce, fintech, telecom, portals, or platforms is a strong plus.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Freelance availability and flexibility to work on project-based assignments.
