We are looking for a Senior Developer to participate in the modernization of advanced enterprise software. You will design, develop and improve business related modules on windows forms or web Blazor technologies.
We welcome developers who have experience with enterprise .NET frameworks such as DevExpress, Infragistics, Telerik, Sync fusion, or other similar frameworks.
Responsibilities: Architecture & Migration: Design and execute coding strategies and migrations of platforms and data, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility * Technical Design: Design scalable solutions using enterprise frameworks (DevExpress XAF, Infragistics, Telerik, or similar) * Feature Development: Develop and optimize modules to improve functionality and performance * Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable C# code following best practices and design patterns * Integration & Testing: Ensure seamless integration with legacy systems and implement comprehensive testing strategies * Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Business Analysts, DevOps) * Performance Optimization*: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both legacy and modern systems
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 8+ years of professional software development experience * Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.7+ / .NET Core 10+ * 5+ years hands-on experience with Blazor (Server-side or WebAssembly) * Proven experience with enterprise .NET frameworks * Strong understanding of database design and optimization (SQL Server, Entity Framework) * Experience with Windows Forms and Web Technology projects * Solid knowledge of software architecture patterns (SOLID principles, OOP, and design patterns) * Proficiency with Git version control * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Fluent in written and spoken English * AI-assisted development experience (Copilot, AI code assistants) * Advanced proficiency with Visual Studio 2022 or 2026 * Knowledge of modern web technologies* (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS) * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines * Experience with Entity Framework Core and database optimization * Proficiency with async/await patterns and concurrent programming * Previous experience with enterprise system implementation or customization* * Agile/Scrum development experience
