Job Title: Sales Expert – Wholesale Fashion

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the wholesale fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with retailers and distributors while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, retailers, and distributors across Lebanon.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Drive sales growth by promoting the company's fashion products and achieving sales targets.
- Effectively manage and sell slow-moving or non-moving inventory through strategic sales initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM and SAP.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen the brand presence in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale sales within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale fashion market and distribution channels.
- Confident personality with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify creative ways to move slow or non-moving stock.
- Proficient in CRM systems and SAP.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
