We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer
The UX/UI Designer will own the complete product design process for AI-powered software, SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, and intelligent agent experiences. The role covers client discovery, research, and problem framing through UX/UI design, prototyping, testing, developer handoff, launch, and post-launch measurement. We are looking for someone who combines strong UX thinking and visual design skills with client-facing confidence, advanced Figma expertise, and hands-on use of AI tools.
Responsibilities
Own UX/UI projects end-to-end, from initial discovery and research through design, development handoff, launch, testing, and continuous improvement.
Lead client discovery calls, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to understand objectives, user needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, persona development, research synthesis, and problem framing to guide product decisions.
Translate complex business and user requirements into information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive experiences for AI-powered applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, assistants, agents, and internal workflow systems.
Balance business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and product objectives when making and defending design decisions.
Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback and product data, measure post-launch performance, and continuously iterate on designs.
Build, maintain, and improve scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, variables, modes, design tokens, and documented usage standards.
Use AI and agentic tools such as Claude to accelerate processes while independently reviewing and validating all outputs.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and provide clear, production-ready design handoffs.
Present design concepts, research findings, recommendations, and design rationale directly to international clients and stakeholders.
Create clear case studies documenting problems, research, design decisions, solutions, and measurable outcomes.
Document design processes, standards, decisions, and best practices through SOPs and internal knowledge resources.
Contribute to building the design function by developing repeatable processes, improving workflows, and establishing design standards.
Mentor, coach, and train junior designers as the team grows, with the potential to progress into a UX/UI Team Lead role.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of shipped digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating the complete design process, including research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes, and shipped outcomes.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, modes, auto layout, component libraries, design systems, and file organization.
Strong experience with user research, stakeholder interviews, personas, competitor analysis, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Strong UX, UI, interaction design, and visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools within the product design workflow, particularly Claude or comparable AI and agentic tools.
Experience designing AI-powered products, agents, SaaS platforms, dashboards, enterprise tools, or complex digital workflows is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of design systems and experience creating and maintaining scalable component libraries and design standards.
Excellent client communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to confidently explain, present, and defend design decisions using research, evidence, and clear reasoning.
Strong ownership, critical thinking, adaptability, organization, and deadline management skills.
Strong interest in continuous learning, experimentation, AI, emerging technologies, and improving existing ways of working.
Ability and interest in mentoring designers, documenting processes, building SOPs, and eventually taking on team leadership responsibilities.
Based in Lebanon and able to work full-time on-site in Dbayeh.
