Key Responsibilities
- Design, fine‑tune, and deploy LLM‑based AI agents for internal and customer‑facing automation.
- Build end‑to‑end agent pipelines: data ingestion, reasoning, decision‑making, and execution.
- Develop modular AI tools and APIs that extend agent capabilities across domains.
- Integrate agents into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate functional needs into autonomous AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor agent performance, implement improvements, and document technical designs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Engineering (data structures, algorithms, production‑grade coding).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML engineering, with specialization in LLMs, NLP, or autonomous systems.
- Hands‑on expertise with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain.
- Proficiency in Python (Java or other languages a plus).
- Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with ability to work cross‑functionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building multi‑agent systems or workflow automation platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
