Job Summary
The candidate should be skilled and motivated ELV & Security Systems Site Engineer with strong expertise in the execution, installation, and coordination of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and security solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site project activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site execution and installation of advanced ELV & Security Systems, including:
- CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, BMS, SMATV, Intercom, Nurse Call, Queuing, Automation, and Master Clock systems
- Supervise and guide technicians to ensure high-quality, standards-compliant installations.
- Review and interpret drawings, schematics, project specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and quality checks of all ELV systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure safety compliance, adherence to project timelines, and proper implementation of site procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer & Communications, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in ELV and Security System execution.
- Strong technical understanding of low-voltage systems, cabling, and installation practices.
- Ability to lead and manage on-site teams while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication, coordination, and documentation capabilities.
