Edgebot is building AlphaLab, an AI quantitative research lab for trading firms. We are hiring a Quant Research Intern to help develop and evaluate systematic trading strategies.
Responsibilities
- Research trading hypotheses, analyze market data, and implement experiments in Python.
- Run backtests and assess strategy performance, statistical validity, and robustness.
- Document research methods and findings, and work with our engineers to improve AlphaLab’s research capabilities.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in probability and statistics, with practical Python skills.
- Interest in financial markets and quantitative research.
- Based in Lebanon and available to work on-site at our Beirut office.
