Inventory & Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Accounting Assistant to support the day-to-day inventory, purchasing, and accounting operations of our F&B businesses.
The role is primarily focused on maintaining accurate system data, recording purchases and invoices, supporting stock control, and ensuring that inventory and accounting records remain up to date and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase invoices, supplier invoices, stock movements, and related data into the company system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
- Support inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation
- Record purchases, expenses, and supplier-related transactions
- Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
- Assist with checking discrepancies between physical stock and system records
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding stock usage, wastage, and missing entries
- Support accounts payable tracking and supplier payment records
- Assist with basic monthly reporting related to purchases, inventory, and expenses
- Ensure data is entered accurately and on time
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting and internal review purposes
- Support the finance and operations teams with ad hoc administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in data entry, inventory, accounting support, or F&B operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting or inventory systems
- Experience with Omega or similar systems is a plus
- Organized and able to manage repetitive data accurately
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with invoices, supplier records, and stock data
- Based in Beirut and available for a full-time, on-site position
