Responsibilities:
- Analyze new investment opportunities, such as acquiring new lands, by assessing financial viability, risks, and alignment with company goals.
- Analyze and review market research analysis, including analyzing market trends, demographic data, and economic indicators to forecast the potential of real estate investments.
- Develop, manage and maintain detailed financial models to estimate project costs, forecast revenues, and calculate projected returns, supporting accurate financial planning.
- Track and monitor the financial performance of current projects, comparing actual outcomes to forecasts and identifying variances for further analysis and action.
- Deliver project review presentations, offering insights into financial performance, risks, and progress to facilitate executive decision-making.
- Prepare cash flow projections and calculate financial metrics such as ROI, IRR, and NPV to evaluate project feasibility and guide investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, business development, and project teams, to gather and analyze necessary data for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all financial activities, maintaining the integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the team in alignment with organizational goals and ensure the cascading of strategic objectives to the sub-departmental level.
- Ensure team goals and performance metrics are met and track progress toward achieving strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and monitor action plan progress.
- Model organizational values in all interactions and decisions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments.
- Fulfill the direct reports' development plans and ensure continuous professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes open communication, teamwork, and high morale.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and implement changes effectively within the team.
- Timely submission of departments’ periodical reports to Top Management.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience with a proven success record in the same role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders' expectations.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
