Key Responsibilities
- Personnel & Employee Relations:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, employee files, social insurance, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
Handle employee relations, attendance, leaves, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Payroll:
Manage the monthly payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Review attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives, and other payroll-related data.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Prepare payroll reports and resolve employee payroll queries.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Performance Management:
Design, structure, and implement a performance management system aligned with the company’s objectives.
Develop KPIs, performance evaluation forms, appraisal cycles, and clear performance criteria.
Work with managers to set measurable objectives and provide guidance on performance reviews.
Analyze performance results and recommend development or improvement plans.
Continuously improve the performance management process based on business needs.
- HR Operations & Development:
Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Identify HR gaps and recommend practical solutions.
Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure HR practices are consistent, structured, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Proven experience in designing or implementing performance management systems.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Strong Excel and HR reporting skills.
- Experience in advertising, media, creative, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – English Section.
- Graduates from AUC, BUE, GUC, or MSA are preferred.
