Raya Information Technology; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Executive (Compensation & Benefits).
What will you do?
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review payroll documentation, wages, and deductions to guarantee accuracy.
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze market data to assess competitiveness.
- Review employee salaries against company compensation policies and market benchmarks, recommending adjustments when needed.
- Support the development and implementation of salary administration guidelines.
- Analyze compensation programs and incentive schemes to align with organizational objectives.
- Issue HR letters and handle employee loan requests.
- Prepare HR cost reports and analysis for top management to support strategic decisions.
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and/or Economics.
- 2-4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and labor relations.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, taxation, and government regulations.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
