Role Description
- The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Support senior leadership with executive support tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and coordinating internal and external communications.
- Daily responsibilities include maintaining organized records, handling administrative assistance duties, prioritizing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, uphold confidentiality, and help streamline office operations to enhance executive productivity.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the same position.
- Candidates should possess solid Executive Support and Expense Reports capabilities to handle travel arrangements, reimbursements, and high-level coordination for senior leaders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are expected.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and experience working with executives in corporate or healthcare-related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams is essential.
