Position: QA Specialist – Flour Mills
üìç Location: El Senbellawein, Dakahlia, Egypt
We are looking for a QA Specialist to join our Quality Team and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards across our flour milling operations.
Job Description
• Monitor quality and food safety standards throughout the milling process.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and Food Safety Standards.
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records and support internal audits.
• Monitor hygiene and GMP practices across production areas.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Science, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Flour Mills.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO Standards, GMP, and Food Safety Systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
