Role Description
The Project Manager role at TAJ ALSAFA® is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for residential and commercial developments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, monitoring construction progress, and resolving project issues and risks. The role involves supervising inspections, managing logistics and material flow, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain documentation, support decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and methods.
