- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead project teams and coordinate activities across different departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, risks, and overall performance.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Manage project changes, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, through appropriate change-control processes.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress, issues, and key decisions to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk registers, action logs, and project reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and other project partners as required.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance using appropriate KPIs and reporting tools.
- Support procurement, vendor management, and contract-related activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Lead project closure activities, including final deliverables, documentation, lessons learned, and handover to relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant project management experience, depending on project complexity and industry.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
