Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan for a Project Management Engineer (Electrical Panels). The role involves overseeing electrical panel projects from planning and design through manufacturing, testing, and delivery. The Project Management Engineer coordinates with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met. Day-to-day tasks include preparing project plans, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, monitoring progress, resolving technical and operational issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The role also requires regular reporting to management, active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, and direct interaction with customers for technical clarifications and project updates.
Qualifications
- * Strong project management and planning skills to oversee electrical panel projects from initiation to completion.
- Solid analytical skills for evaluating technical data, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing project performance.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Experience in product development related to electrical panels, switchgear, or low-voltage distribution systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and industrial project practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with project management tools and basic enterprise resource planning (ERP) or production management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with low-voltage switchgear or electrical panels, is an advantage.
