Job requirements:

Responsible for collecting and analyzing procurement requirement data, assisting in the formulation and implementation of category business strategies; verifying and organizing information on material delivery models and resource competition, assisting in determining procurement methods, and following up on the implementation of business negotiations.

Assist in the organization, planning, and advancement of procurement projects, support the acceptance and review of tender requirements, and participate in the formation of the tendering committee; assist in preparing tender documents, evaluation criteria, and commercial bid evaluation materials, track the progress of all tendering stages, and ensure the standardization of the procurement process.

Assist in collecting market intelligence for procurement activities, statistical analysis of procurement expenditures, and multi-dimensional price comparison analysis; maintain cost and price baseline data, participate in the implementation of procurement pricing strategies, and assist in monitoring post-procurement execution share and calculating execution price reductions.

Assist in preparing commercial materials for pre-bid and post-bid negotiations of procurement projects; follow up on process-related tasks including the drafting, signing, amendment, and archiving of procurement agreements, cooperate in optimizing agreement templates, and ensure proper organization and archiving management of project documentation.

Assist in new supplier requirement collection, resource planning, and preparation of certification introduction materials while maintaining supplier pool information; assist in collecting cost data for supplier performance appraisal periods and follow up on supplier performance evaluations and rectification matters for underperforming suppliers.

Collaborate with the procurement project to track progress during the execution and settlement phases, and assist in resolving general issues encountered by suppliers; strictly adhere to the company's procurement management policies, bidding specifications, and information security requirements to ensure that procurement activities are legal, compliant, and fully traceable.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above is required, with preference given to majors in supply chain management, logistics management, international trade, business administration, telecommunications and electronics, etc.
2.Candidates with over one year of relevant work experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or administrative support.
3.Understand the basic procurement processes and common procurement methods (such as tendering, competitive negotiation, and inquiry and price comparison), familiarize with the writing standards for basic business documents; possess basic cost awareness, data organization, and statistical analysis capabilities; proficient in using Office software (Excel, Word, PPT); experience with ERP/SRM and other procurement management systems is preferred; demonstrate strong written expression and information synthesis skills.
