Set up correct Logic & Relationships: FS / SS / FF / Lag, and analyze Critical Path & Total Float.
Prepare Resource & Cost Loaded Schedule as needed.
Prepare Manpower & Equipment Histograms and S-Curves.
Update the schedule weekly and monthly, inputting Actual Start/Finish, Remaining Duration, % Complete accurately.
Prepare 2/3/4 Weeks Lookahead and compare Planned vs Actual.
Analyze delays and identify critical and delayed activities, preparing Recovery / Catch-up Schedule.
Ability to prepare Delay Analysis and EOT/Claims support is a strong advantage.
Prepare management reports including SPI, Progress Variance, Critical Activities, Milestones, Forecast Completion.
