We're looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team IMMEDIATELY.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop coordinated drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure drawing accuracy.
Revise drawings based on consultant, client, and site feedback.
Prepare BOQs using Excel and maintain drawing logs and revisions.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
Proven experience in MEP drafting for construction and fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is a plus).
Strong understanding of MEP systems and shop drawing standards.
Excellent attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills.
