Reports to: Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Research
Purpose:
To drive the school’s global standing and academic competitiveness by leading the strategy and execution of international partnerships, cultivating strategic collaborations, and elevating the institution's international profile through global engagement and high-impact events.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement long-term partnership strategies aligned with institutional goals and international rankings
- Direct the internal process for partnerships and agreements
- Manage records of academic partnership agreements
- Develop a comprehensive database of faculty international mobility
- Manage School memberships in international associations
- Identify new partners for the school and Executive education
- Lead high-level negotiations with international partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and sustainable collaborations
- Manage and supervise international events to strengthen the school’s position internationally
- Maintain and update records of academic partnership agreements
- Analyze trends regarding internationalization and make the necessary recommendations for the school strategy
- Strengthening school offerings and their position among top international schools
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in an international organization is required
Skills:
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English
- Organizational: Strong time management and organization skills; ability to manage events
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for record-keeping and presentations
- Interpersonal: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
