Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. This role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining takaful life and medical insurance products, and recommending suitable coverage options based on client needs. The Insurance Sales Representative will conduct consultations, prepare quotes, manage applications, and follow up to ensure timely policy issuance and renewal. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate client records, responding to inquiries, providing ongoing service to policyholders, and collaborating with colleagues and brokerage partners to achieve sales targets. The role also includes staying informed about product updates, regulatory requirements, and market trends to provide clear, compliant information to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, preferably including takaful or Sharia-compliant products.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, in a professional business context.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time and responsibilities between office-based and remote work.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Previous experience in life or medical insurance sales is highly beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
