Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Cairo. The Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, present suitable life, accident, health, retirement, and wealth management insurance solutions, and support customers in selecting coverage that aligns with their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing and delivering product presentations, providing ongoing policy servicing, and handling inquiries and claims-related questions in a professional manner. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, meeting sales and service targets, collaborating with internal teams and brokerage partners, and staying updated on MetLife products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Agent will build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, excellent customer service, and ethical, compliant selling practices.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and Finance, including basic financial planning concepts and market awareness.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, active listening, and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured pipeline of prospects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including accurate record-keeping and follow-up on client commitments.
- Proficiency in standard office software and digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant insurance certifications are a plus.
