Job Purpose:
Responsible for the organization's day-to-day IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, while leading the Group's digital transformation agenda, branch-level IT governance, data governance, and overall business continuity management.

- Helpdesk and enhancements
- Hardware and onboarding
- Sizing of back-end infrastructure and hosting
- Website management
- CRM
- Physical security (access control)
- Cybersecurity framework and best practices
Branch IT Governance:
- Establish and manage IT representation in every branch, either through dedicated resources or nominated IT coordinators
- Standardize IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, policies, and cybersecurity controls across all branches
- Define clear reporting lines, responsibilities, and escalation paths between branch IT representatives and Group IT
- Ensure reliable and secure branch connectivity to Group systems, including internet redundancy, VPN, and remote access
- Maintain centralized visibility of branch IT assets, licenses, vendors, contracts, incidents, and operating costs
- Conduct periodic branch IT health checks, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
- Manage IT requirements for opening, expanding, relocating, or closing branches
- Consolidate branch requirements into the Group IT roadmap, budget, and procurement plan
- Track branch IT service levels and provide consolidated performance and risk reporting to management
- Ensure each branch has appropriate backup and disaster-recovery arrangements, aligned with the Group Business Continuity Plan
Data Governance:
- Data Protection — establish and enforce policies and controls to safeguard organizational and personal data
- Master Data Management — ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of core data across systems
- Data Migration — oversee migration efforts as needed (e.g., system upgrades, new platform rollouts, branch consolidations)
- Data Archiving — define and maintain archiving policies and retention practices in line with compliance requirements
Business Continuity (Group-wide):
- Own overall Business Continuity Management for the organization, including developing, testing, and maintaining the Group's business continuity plan, and coordinating cross-functional readiness for major disruptions — branch-level BC/DR arrangements roll up into this Group-wide plan
Long-Term / Digital Transformation Initiative:
- Revamp and improve:
- Reimbursement process
- Air travel and ticketing
- CRM — shift to a true customer relationship management platform
- Enable AI where applicable
- Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for ongoing internal digital transformation.
- Standardize and enhance existing workflows
- Streamline the PR/PO approval cycle, including implementing an authority matrix
- Generate accurate, real-time statistics for each leader on their respective division/unit
- Digitize and develop structured processes for currently paper-based approval cycles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Relevant professional certifications preferred, such as:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
- CISSP / CISM (for cybersecurity governance)
- COBIT or TOGAF (for IT governance/enterprise architecture)
- Certifications in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP) an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Head of IT capacity
- Proven experience managing IT operations across multiple branches/locations, ideally within a multi-country or group structure
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation initiatives, ERP systems, and CRM platforms
- Experience overseeing cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and business continuity planning
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders
