Your JobThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees, creating value through effective talent stewardship, workforce planning, people insights, employee experience, and culture development. The role is responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with company values and principles.
What You Will DoCulture, Engagement & Organizational Health
- * Partner with leaders to strengthen a culture aligned with the organization's values, principles, and business objectives.
- Reinforce company culture through coaching, communication, and daily interactions.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, accountability, collaboration, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Identify and address barriers that may negatively impact culture, employee engagement, and workplace experience.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee growth and development.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- * Support recruitment activities to attract, assess, and select high-performing talent aligned with business needs.
- Conduct quality interviews and contribute to effective hiring decisions.
- Participate in talent acquisition forums, calibration discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to identify workforce requirements and maintain accurate manpower plans.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.
HR Governance, Compliance & Management Systems
- * Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR records, documentation, and employee data.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights on trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and management system standards.
- Support ISO audits and compliance reviews through proper preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and governance practices.
Employee Services & Administrative Support
- * Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns related to medical services, transportation, housekeeping, and other support services.
- Facilitate timely resolution of employee issues through effective stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor service quality and identify recurring issues impacting employee satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience.
- Promote accountability and responsiveness across administrative support functions.
Employer Branding & Community Engagement
- * Support initiatives that strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in employer branding activities, career events, and talent attraction programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community stakeholders.
- Represent the organization professionally in all external interactions.
- Support the promotion of the company culture, employee value proposition, and career opportunities.
Early Talent, Internship & Onboarding Programs
- * Coordinate internship, graduate, and early-talent programs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development activities for early-career talent.
- Deliver a positive onboarding and orientation experience for new employees.
- Facilitate successful integration of new hires into the organization and workplace culture.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend opportunities for improvement.
HR Shared Services Coordination
- * Partner with employees, leaders, and HR Shared Services to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Track and follow up on HR service requests and employee inquiries.
- Escalate and address service delivery concerns as appropriate.
- Identify recurring themes and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Ensure employee needs are addressed within agreed service levels.
People Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
- * Utilize HR systems and analytics tools to generate actionable workforce insights.
- Leverage platforms such as Visier, Dayforce, and other available systems to support business decision-making.
- Analyze workforce trends, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
- Use data and evidence-based insights to challenge assumptions and improve outcomes.
- Support leaders with workforce planning, talent insights, and organizational decision-making.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Experience in Human resources, HR Operations, Talent Management or HR business partnering.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
