Role Description The Head of Sales at ASWAQ Developments is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Nozha. The role leads the sales function for the development portfolio, including residential, commercial, and administrative projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales strategies and targets, managing and coaching the sales team, overseeing key client relationships, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth. The Head of Sales monitors market trends and competitor activity, designs and implements sales plans, and collaborates with marketing and operations to support launches and campaigns. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts and reports, optimizing processes and CRM usage, and ensuring high service standards that support revenue and profitability goals.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including setting targets, leading negotiations, and driving revenue growth in the real estate development industry.
- Candidates should possess robust Account Management skills to build, maintain, and expand relationships with key buyers, brokers, and institutional clients.

- Proven experience as a Head of Sales or senior sales leader in real estate development is required.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and administrative property sales cycles and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications in sales or real estate are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Nozha and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
