Automera helps businesses turn repetitive work and disconnected systems into efficient, connected operations.
Our work includes AI assistants for customer enquiries and booking coordination, automated follow-ups, CRM integrations, documents processing and workflows that connect the tools a business already uses. We combine AI, APIs, and custom development to build practical solutions around real operational needs.
We’re looking for a sales partner who can understand those needs, communicate the value of our solutions, and own the process of winning new business.
What you’ll do
Who we’re looking for
Someone who enjoys opening doors, asking thoughtful questions, and turning a promising conversation into a commercial agreement.
You should have experience personally sourcing and closing B2B deals, communicate confidently with owners and decision-makers, and work independently with clear accountability.
One or more years of experience selling software, automation, digital services, or professional services is a must. An existing business network is an advantage.
You do need curiosity about technology and the ability to explain how a solution can improve a business’s day-to-day work.
Why this opportunity matters
This is an early opportunity to help build Automera’s commercial growth, with a direct voice in the markets we pursue, the offers we develop and the sales approach we establish.
The right person will have room to take ownership, make a visible contribution, and grow their responsibilities as the business expands. Strong results and sustained contribution will be rewarded generously, with substantial earning potential tied to the business you bring in.
Technical expertise, relevant demonstrations, and support with solution design will be provided, allowing you to focus on developing opportunities and closing them confidently.
Compensation is commission-based, with no base salary. Clear terms and expectations will be agreed before starting.
