Future Pharmaceutical Industries (FPI) is looking for an experienced Formulation Supervisor to join our Product Development team.
üìç Location: FPI Plant
üîπ Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily formulation laboratory activities and pilot batches. * Ensure trials are conducted according to approved protocols and SOPs. * Oversee calibration and maintenance of formulation equipment. * Ensure availability and proper inventory of APIs and excipients. * Witness critical steps during pilot-scale batches and ensure proper documentation of critical parameters. * Provide on-the-job training for Specialists and Technicians on equipment operation, safety, and SOPs. * Ensure strict compliance with PPE, safety, and laboratory hygiene requirements. * Review APIs and excipients‚Äô COAs and TDSs against required quality attributes. * Review draft BMRs* to ensure equipment parameters and manufacturing requirements are operationally feasible. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and HSE teams to support smooth laboratory operations.
üîπ Requirements: Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. * 5‚Äì7 years of relevant experience in Formulation Development. * Strong operational knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, including Granulators, Tablet Presses, and Coaters. * Good knowledge of equipment maintenance and calibration planning. * Strong team supervision and leadership skills. * Good understanding of CTD requirements*. * Strong commitment to safety, quality, and GMP standards.
