Gallad CORP is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Furniture Factory in Damietta.
We are looking for a strong finance professional with solid hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, and factory operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle and ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage and analyze factory costs, production costs, and material consumption.
- Ensure proper linkage between Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Costing, COGS, and Finance.
- Prepare and analyze Income Statement (P&L) and ensure accurate understanding of all its components.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliations.
- Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and gross margins.
- Manage and monitor Cash Flow and working capital.
- Analyze variances between actual production costs and budgets/standards.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide management with meaningful financial analysis.
- Coordinate with Factory, Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Lead and develop the finance/accounting team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or furniture industries.
- Strong hands-on experience in Factory Accounting & Cost Accounting.
- Strong understanding of the complete manufacturing cycle and cost flow.
- Excellent knowledge of Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, COGS, and Cash Flow.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
