Role Description The Employee Support and Relations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riffa. This position supports day-to-day human resources operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, and assisting with benefits administration. The role involves responding to employee inquiries, coordinating training sessions, and supporting new hire onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience. The assistant will help prepare HR documentation, track attendance and leave, and support compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The role requires close collaboration with HR management, other departments, and employees across the organization.

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and generate HR reports.

- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate, schedule, and track employee development programs.
- Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with standard office software tools.
- Candidates should have prior experience in an HR or administrative support role; experience within integrated services or related industries is an advantage.
- Candidates should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
